As a CNA, you'll play an essential role in supporting residents with their daily care needs while working alongside a collaborative and caring clinical team.

What You'll Do

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
Monitor and document vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and the use of mobility equipment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Accurately document care provided and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.
Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect.
Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing leadership team.

What We're Looking For

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
High school diploma or GED.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and assisting residents throughout the shift.
A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
