Job Summary

BrightCare HomeCare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team of highly trained and competent staff members. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities, injuries, difficulties with mobility, or illnesses in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility and ambulation, including transferring, lifting, and positioning clients
Support clients with medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
Encourage and promote independence, dignity, and overall well-being of clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client care services and observations
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of personalized care plans

Requirements

Valid driver's license (or ability to obtain one)
Ability to lift, move, and transfer clients of varying weights and sizes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic documentation systems
High school diploma or equivalent (n/a)
