Certified Surgical Tech (CST) - 6:30am - 5:00pm - Full-Time

As a full-time CST you will work Monday - Friday, 6:30a - 5:00p. There is some call required which is typically 2-3 days a month, with 1 weekend call every 6-8 weeks or so. This position comes with our full benefits package and is eligible for our rewarding quarterly benefits!

The Certified Surgery Tech holds a safety sensitive position, and provides aid in functions that help the surgeon carry out a safe operation with optimal results for the patient. He/she understands the procedure being performed and anticipates the needs of the surgeon. He/she has the necessary knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure and is constantly on vigil for maintenance of the sterile field.

  • What’s required of you? Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program. Certified Surgical Techs require certification through NBSTA upon hire. Current BLS certification required upon hire. 
  • Do I need experience? No experience required! 
  • Specialty Knowledge Skills: Must be knowledgeable and demonstrate competency in current Surgical and Sterile procedures that are unit/age specific.

He/she is expected to adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
