About the Role:

  • As a RN Registered Nurse at Armstrong Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and fostering a supportive environment for our residents and their families.

  • You will work closely with our licensed therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible outcomes.

  • With a focus on patient-centered care, you will prioritize respect, empathy, and compassion in all interactions, building strong relationships with our residents and their loved ones.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and conducting vital signs

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify care needs, and develop strategies to address them

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure timely and effective care

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes
