Knowledge of Matrix Care. Duties and Responsibilities: Direct supervision from a Senior Registered Nurse Supervisor. Coordinate total nursing care for patients. Participate in patient and family teaching and provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Works under the direct supervision of the Sr. Registered Nurse Supervisor. Administer medications and perform treatments to assigned patients. Complete documentation of needs and treatment as required by local, state and federal requirements. Assist team members in giving care to patients. Administer direct care when professional nursing skills and judgment are needed. Provide lead-worker duties as defined in F.A.C. 60K-2.0061 (3) (d).
