The Rural Clinical Nurse Manager provides operational and clinical leadership for designated nursing departments, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care and effective supervision of nursing personnel.

Education/Experience/Minimum Qualifications:

· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

· Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Washington.

· Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.

· Minimum of five years of hospital nursing experience.

· Formal training in nursing leadership or demonstrated leadership experience.

· Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, or TEAM certification, as applicable.

· Demonstrated ability to remain flexible and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

· Strong critical thinking and sound clinical judgment.

· Proven ability to lead, motivate, and model self-direction.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Maintains all required licensure and certifications.

Reviews and evaluates each case through a variety of means such as home visits, conferences, record review and the services provided by clinicians; discusses and verifies impressions, instructs and guides clinicians to promote more effective performance and delivery of quality home care services; and is available at all times during operating hours to assist clinicians as appropriate. 3. Reviews patient's medical diagnosis, prognosis, medications, procedures and clinical course. 4. Performs medical records management and workflow in EMR system 5. Assists clinicians in establishing immediate and long-term therapeutic goals, in setting priorities, and in developing plan of care. 6.
