Their frequent contact with patients assists the nurses in utilizing the nursing process. Qualifications: 1. Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF): Requires successful completion of Nurse Aide Training Program. Maintenance of certification is required. 2. RN and LPN Nursing Students: Must have completed basic nursing skills course with clinical experience within their curriculum. Post graduate LPN or RN will be eligible to work as a non licensed employee. Performing only task delegated to a non licensed nursing employee. 3. Completion of Nurse Aide Training Program or equivalent education in non licensed nursing assistant duties preferred.
