As a Unit Manager (RN/LPN), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rehabilitation unit, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention. Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation unit, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention
Develop and implement care plans for patients, in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team

Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that our facility meets the highest standards of care and quality
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that patient needs are met and exceeded
Provide education and training to staff members, ensuring that they are equipped to provide the highest level of care
Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed

Requirements:

RN/LPN degree and current licensure in the state of Florida
