Key Responsibilities:
Provide High-Quality Patient Care: LPNs will assist with ensuring patients' comfort, safety, and well-being.
Licensed Nurses: LPNs will perform routine nursing tasks .
Promote Rehabilitation: LPNs will assist residents in their rehabilitation journey by encouraging and supporting exercise and conditioning routines.
Collaborate with the Healthcare Team: LPNs will communicate effectively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Maintain Accurate Documentation: LPNs will complete detailed and accurate nursing documentation to ensure proper care and compliance.
Qualifications
Valid LPN license
Proficient in patient care and assessment
Knowledge of EHR systems and HIPAA regulations
Experience with catheterization, tube feeding, and IV infusion
Basic life support certification
Familiarity with long-term care and assisted living environments
Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse patient populations
Ability to handle critical care situations and triage effectively
