Job Summary:

Join the dedicated team at Robinson Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, where we pride ourselves on providing a unique continuum of care experience for seniors. As an Assisted Living LPN, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and support while maintaining their independence. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team and provide high-quality patient care while executing nursing processes, performing treatments, and supporting residents' physical and emotional needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care and service by completing the nursing process, performing various treatment procedures, and providing physical, educational, and emotional support to residents, friends, and families

  • Ensure concise, pertinent, and complete resident care documentation using computerized medical record process

  • Direct the HHA/Med tech in the timely completion of quality individualized personal care and ensure HHA/Med tech documentation is accurate and complete

  • Administer medication and give/receive relevant reports, both written and verbal from/to appropriate staff as per departmental protocols

  • Support the HHA/Med tech team to ensure timely, accurate care

Requirements:

  • Current and valid NY LPN License

  • Experience in a Nursing Home or Hospital is a plus

  • Valid CPR Certification
