We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing to help lead our nursing team and ensure exceptional resident care. If you’re a licensed RN with leadership experience and a passion for quality, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Duties:

  • Supervise nursing staff and support the Director of Nursing

  • Assess resident care needs and oversee care programs

  • Ensure compliance with nursing policies and regulations

  • Conduct rounds, address concerns, and lead quality assurance efforts

  • Manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations

  • Participate in budgeting and resource planning

  • Represent the nursing department in the DON’s absence

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • Current RN license

  • Management experience in a nursing home preferred

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of nursing regulations and best practices

  • Ability to handle emergencies and sensitive situations professionally
