Clinical Supervisor - RN / Registered Nurse - Home Care
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Supervisor Registered Nurse with a demonstrated commitment to service excellence that can ensure our patients receive the highest quality of care. If you are passionate about quality care, have strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills, this is the position for you!
 $5,000 sign-on bonus - paid throughout your first six months of employment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include (But not Limited) to the following.
  • Field work:
    • Admissions
    • Recertification and Supervisory Visits
    • Skilled Care- Including visits and hourly care
      • Medication administration
      • Wound Care
      • IVIG Infusions
      • Any other skilled services as needed per physicians’ order
  • Administrative
    • Managing Physicians’ orders
    • Care Coordination
    • Caregiver pre-employment and ongoing training
    • Quality Assurance/ Performance Improvement Activities
    • Other Duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
  • Credentials:
    • Current Unencumbered Registered Nurse License in the State of CO
    • CPR- BLS (American Red Cross or American Heart Association Hands on)
    • TB test completed within the last 12 months
    • Driver’s License
    • Auto Insurance
    • Reliable Transportation
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
    • Minimum of 1 year of Home Health Experience or related field (ex. Hospice, IVIG, etc)
    • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience with direct supervision, including training, disciplinary and educational experience- Preferred
    • Problem Solving skills
    • Experience with EMR database and general Technical experience (Word, Excel, Email, etc)

Compensation
  • The anticipated pay range for this position is $82,000-$90,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, certifications, skills, geographic location, and internal equity.
  • This position may also be eligible for bonuses, or other incentive compensation, where applicable.
  • Eligible employees may have access to voluntary benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and other benefit programs in accordance with company policy and plan terms. Employee contributions may be required for participation in benefit plans.
