Qualifications Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Knowledge of anatomy and basic medical terminology is advantageous. Familiarity with critical care practices or operating room (OR) protocols is a plus. Experience working in home care or medical office settings is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being capable of working independently when required.
