Under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed provider, the LPN assists in patient care, treatment, and comfort. Primary duties and responsibilities: Patient Care & Clinical Duties 1. Provide patient care based on an individualized plan delegated by the Registered Nurse/Physician. 2. Monitor and document patient conditions, including vital signs, wound care, drains, and lab values. 3. Assist with medical procedures, treatments, and medication administration as per scope of practice. 4. Collect and document patient data using specialized equipment as needed (e.g., glucometer, pulse oximeter). 5.
