Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing compassionate, hands-on care while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility
Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms
Prepare rooms with necessary supplies, linens, and equipment
Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
Document resident care accurately and promptly
Encourage resident engagement, social interaction, and emotional well-being
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and fellow caregivers to provide outstanding care
Follow all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Active, unrestricted Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Compassionate, reliable, and committed to resident-centered care
