We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to residents, promoting their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality
• Assist with daily living activities, such as grooming, bathing, and personal care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided
• Ensure a safe and clean environment, reporting any deficiencies to the Environment Plant Manager
• Assist with orienting residents and their families to the nursing home and unit

Requirements:

Must hold a current Michigan Certified Nurse Aide Certification or have completed a Michigan-approved CNA training program and be eligible to test. Must be certified within 4 months of hire.
• One year of experience in long-term care, hospice, or healthcare is desired.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
