We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement nursing care for residents, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service. You will play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of our residents through clinical expertise and collaborative care.

 

Pay: $44.19-$50.19/hr.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and identify clinical issues.
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests.
  • Provide episodic and preventive care, including treatment and medication management.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and consulting specialists.
  • Communicate with families and guardians regarding resident care.
  • Participate in care planning meetings, health rounds, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Assist in staff training and development.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Respond to emergencies and perform CPR as needed.
  • Stay current with healthcare practices through ongoing education.

 

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts

  • CPR/First Aid and MAP certification required

  • 3–5 years of nursing experience, preferably in pediatrics or developmental disabilities

  • Valid Class C or D license

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
  • Familiarity with pediatric and developmental disability care preferred
