Required Qualifications:

Advanced Practice Provider: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensed or eligible for licensure in South Carolina.
Current BLS certification.
Interest in cognitive neurology, dementia care, geriatrics, neurology, primary care, or behavioral health.
Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

Overall Expectations of Role: Evaluation (30%) - Takes comprehensive physical exams and performs exams that are accurate, complete, concise, relevant to the appropriate age, gender, and clinical problems to provide health assessment and screen for abnormal conditions. Treatment (30%) - Orders appropriate diagnostic studies and correctly interprets results. Facilitates timely referrals and coordinated care among all members of the healthcare team.
