Manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. Graduate of a school of nursing.

2. Current WV nursing license

3. BLS certification within 30 days from hire date

4. ACLS required 30 days from hire date for Med/Surg, OR, and ED

5. PALS required 30 days from hire date for OR and ED
