What You’ll Do
- Senior nursing leader responsible for overseeing the clinical, operational, and administrative management of inpatient acute care units to ensure high-quality patient care.
- This Director provides clinical leadership and role models respectful, constructive, interdisciplinary, and collaborative communications, critical thinking, and problem solving.
- Ensures the overall operation is in compliance with policies and all relevant Federal, State, and local regulatory agencies, and TJC standards.
- Guides and supervises department managers, manages employee performance, assures accountability and competency, and facilitates employee success through developing employee goals for educational and professional development.
Performs all duties with accordance to the mission, vision, and values of St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Licensure / Certification / Education
- Current RN licensure in State of Oklahoma and BLS required. BSN required, master’s in nursing, Healthcare Administration or Business preferred.
- Minimum three years of nursing full-time experience in an acute care setting with two to four years critical care experience required.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates skills as a leader and ability to make decisions without direct supervision.
- Computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, power point, etc.) required.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Ability to keep team focused on goals/timelines.
- BLS and ACLS required
