We have a .9 Nights shift available with alternating weekends / holiday rotation (travel to regional campuses in Lafayette, Crawfordsville and Rensselaer)
12 Hour Shifts (6pm-6:30am)

Qualifications

Required Associate's Degree Nursing/Patient Care
Preferred Bachelor's Degree Nursing/Patient Care
2 Years of RN acute care - Required
Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board in state of practice
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association Required if required by unit
Unit Specific Certifications - Franciscan Alliance Required if required by unit
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association Required if required by unit
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - The American Academy of Pediatrics Required if required by unit

This on‑site, Monday–Friday role (8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) offers no call, weekends, or holidays and supports a growing practice of 6 physicians and 3 nurse practitioners, alongside an experienced triage team of two full‑time RNs and one PRN. Oncology experience is preferred but not required, making this a meaningful opportunity for RNs seeking clinical autonomy, teamwork, and long‑term growth—including a move to a new building in Summer 2028. Qualifications: Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Two years experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
