As the RN Lead in Apheresis, you'll lead a team of staff with responsibility for all operational functions of the team. Responsible for developing and initiating improvements in the organization and delivery of high quality, cost effective services. Responsible for access to and the flow of patients and their treatments.
A typical schedule is full-time, 40 hours weekly.
At least (2) years of RN experience is required.
Previous work experience as an RN with therapeutic and donor apheresis procedures assessing patient needs in a therapeutic apheresis program is preferred.
