Your Role:

  • Safely transport residents to medical appointments and outings

  • Assist residents with entering and exiting vehicles while ensuring comfort and dignity

  • Support nursing staff with resident care and daily needs as assigned

  • Treat residents and their belongings with dignity and respect

  • Maintain transportation schedules and ensure timely arrival for appointments

  • Collaborate with nursing staff to support resident well-being and safety

  • Complete additional duties as assigned by management

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Current Illinois CNA certification preferred (we can help you obtain your certification!)

  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

  • Dependable, organized, and flexible team player

  • Comfortable using Outlook and Microsoft Office programs

  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

  • Passion for providing compassionate care to seniors
