We offer aflexible 8:00 AM–2:00 PM shifts each week, designed to support better work-life balance and provide more flexibility during the school day for parents and caregivers. While the role does include a weekend and holiday rotation, theweekday schedule allows for more time at home and easier coordination around family responsibilities.
For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering up to $10,000 Sign-on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with 0-2 years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of experience!
The Registered Nurse – Home Care-MH PD role provides patient-family centered quality care through assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of the effects of nursing care.

The pay range for this position is $37.09to $50.17 per hour.

- Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
- Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Current, valid Driver’s License to operate a motor vehicle, with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy required.
- Experience: One year of acute care nursing experience required.
