Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit

  • Supervising, mentoring, and supporting nursing staff

  • Ensuring quality resident care and regulatory compliance

  • Conducting resident assessments and participating in care plan development

  • Collaborating with physicians, therapists, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

  • Monitoring clinical outcomes and implementing quality improvement initiatives

  • Assisting with admissions, discharges, and resident care coordination

  • Supporting infection prevention, risk management, and survey readiness

  • Promoting a positive work environment focused on teamwork and resident satisfaction

 

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in New Hampshire

  • Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience required

  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

  • Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
