About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse Dementia Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:

Providing hands-on care to our residents with dementia, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information
Leading and managing a team of caregivers to ensure high-quality care is being delivered
Developing and implementing individualized care plans for each resident
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintaining accurate records and reports
