The Department of Ambulatory Dialysis at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing / Nurse Manager. The successful candidate will be accountable for the following areas of responsibility:

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • New York State Registered Nurse Licensure.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or enrolled in a Master's program.
  • 3 to 5 years of active relevant clinical experience.
  • Progressive leadership accomplishment in nursing.
  • Or, a satisfactory equivalent combination of experience, education and training.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior management or leadership experience preferred.
