Prepare examination rooms and assist with medical procedures as directed. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and managing patient records. Maintain a clean and organized medical environment, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and in working order. Educate patients on medication instructions and post-procedure care. All clinical tasks performed by MA II’s must occur under the direct supervision of a licensed clinician (MD, DO, APN, PA) who is physically present in the facility and immediately available. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. A minimum of six months’ experience in Urgent Care, Primary Care physician practice setting and/or direct patient care experience.2.
