Hospitality Aide Responsibilities

As a Hospitality Aide, you will:

Assist residents with feeding and hydration
Make beds and maintain resident rooms
Restock carts and supplies
Support the nursing team with assigned non-clinical duties
Help provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

CNA Responsibilities

After successfully completing the CNA program, you will:

Accurately measure and record residents' vital signs
Observe and promptly report changes in residents' conditions to the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing
Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing compassionate, respectful care
Follow all facility policies, including attendance and dress code requirements
Communicate professionally with residents, families, visitors, and staff
Perform Certified Nursing Assistant duties as assigned
Complete other responsibilities as directed by the Charge Nurse

Qualifications

Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact respectfully with residents and staff
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
Reliable attendance and a commitment to providing quality resident care

Full-Time Shift Availability

Upon successful completion of the CNA program, candidates must be willing to accept one of the following full-time rotating shifts:

Days: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Evenings: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
