STAFFING COORDINATOR- Requirement: CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT OR MEDICATION AIDE OVERVIEW: At New Hope Manor, we are driven to provide each of our resident with an experience that exceeds their expectations. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Scheduling & Coverage : Creating 6 week work schedules, managing daily call-outs, and ensuring minimum staffing ratios are met to maintain safety and quality standards. Replace any call-outs as soon as possible. QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Must possess patience and the ability to relate tactfully and professionally with all nursing staff members. Must be knowledgeable of administrative practices, procedures and policies.
