Caregiving Position Available in Dalton, GA

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Delta Homecare - Georgia. As a Caregiver, you will provide non-medical in-home services to our clients, enhancing their quality of life and independence.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and engage in conversations with clients

  • Assist with light housekeeping, including sweeping, mopping, and laundry

  • Assist with meal preparation, cooking, and dishes

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting

  • Run errands, such as grocery shopping or banking

  • Provide medication reminders and other forms of assistance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a caregiver

  • Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)

  • Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints

  • Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards

  • Respectful and compassionate

  • Good time management skills

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong ethics

  • Physical endurance
