The Unit Manager assists the Director of Nursing (D.O.N) in the planning, development and overall operation of the assigned unit, which ensures Guests receive quality care 24 hours a day.

Assists with staffing to ensure Guest needs and regulatory requirements are met at all times. Responsible to ensure adequate staffing on the assigned unit at all times including but not limited to filling in as a floor Nurse and coordinating floor Nurse and C.N.A. breaks.
