We're expanding our team and actively hiring compassionate caregivers! Due to growing client demand, SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one care for clients in Bellingham, MA.

What You'll Be Doing

As a CNA or HHA, you'll provide compassionate in-home care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

  • Helping clients with mobility, transfers, and walking.

  • Preparing light meals and assisting with feeding.

  • Performing light housekeeping and laundry.

  • Providing companionship and emotional support.

  • Offering medication reminders.

  • Monitoring client well-being and reporting any changes.

  • Creating a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment.

Qualifications

We're looking for caregivers who have:

  • Active CNA or HHA certification.

  • A compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • The ability to work independently in clients' homes.

  • Reliable transportation is preferred.

  • Previous home care experience is helpful but not required.
