QMAPs are responsible for providing hands-on care for residents in an Assisted Living setting. The QMAP supports with caregiving duties and overseeing the passing of medications as directed by their doctors. Full-Time Shifts Available: Days - 7:00am to 7:30pm Wage Range: $18 - $25 / hour depending on experience Location: 31383 Frost Way, Evergreen, Colorado 80439 Caregiver/QMAP Responsibilities: Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities. Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan. Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.
