This Opportunity Offers:

Overnight position working 7on/7off
Would be working 12-hour shifts
Prior ICU experience as an APP or post grad critical care experience is required for this role.
Inpatient - Hospital Based role
Full-time position
Prior ICU experience is preferred for this role
Tuition Reimbursement now offered - Must be a Mercy Coworker for at least 12 months prior to course start date. Great for current Mercy RN's or MA's thinking about transitioning to an APP role.

WOUND NP QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Current, unrestricted NP license in the state of Arkansas. Board Certification. DEA licensure (Optional) Clinical background in adult, family, or geriatric specialties. Clinical background of wound care; including but not limited to chronic, debilitating, stalled, or infected wounds Must be comfortable with diagnosing and treating diabetic, arterial, venous, and mixed etiology wounds or Kennedy Ulcers. Must be comfortable staging pressure injuries according to the NPIAP Must be familiar with wound care best practice and advanced wound care products; collagens, alginates, foams, silvers, etc. Must have experience with wound vacs and other DME, such as pressure relieving/ reducing devices Strong preference to having wound certification or be open to getting certified Experience working in a long-term care setting.
