As the RN Clinical Supervisor, you'll partner with providers, practice managers, and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure exceptional clinical operations while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. You'll provide day-to-day clinical leadership, mentor and support nursing staff, oversee clinical workflows, promote quality and safety initiatives, and help ensure patients receive outstanding care at every visit.

This role offers the opportunity to blend hands-on clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities. You'll coach and develop staff, support onboarding and ongoing education, assist with quality improvement initiatives, and help maintain compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. Your leadership will directly contribute to creating an engaged team culture focused on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Summary

The Supervisor – Clinical RN role is responsible for supervising assigned staff within the assigned work areas(s).

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)

  • Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required. BSN preferred.
  • License/Certifications: Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure to practice in Maine. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  • Experience: Two years of RN experience required. Experience in area of specialty may be required. Supervisory experience preferred.
