Assist Administrator of Care with caregiver/client schedules on the weekends and any other hours assigned for all HMC clients utilizing WellSky, to keep the schedule updated. Update caregiver schedules on WellSky in real time. Update client tasks in WellSky as needed or instructed by team members Be available to fill a caregiver shift in the event of a no-show or call-off and a replacement is not available. Ensure caregivers have sufficient PPE supply. Responsible for Daily Care Notes – review shifts in WellSky to ensure caregivers are documenting appropriately and the team is aware of any care concerns that may be documented. Participate in intros and/or shadow shifts for new hires and new clients for all first shifts. Client/caregiver in-home visits for scheduling needs and match.
