Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN/RN Contract Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a valued member of our community, LPN/RN Contract Nurse will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents while working in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. LPN/RN Contract Nurse Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
Provide education and support to residents and their families on various health-related topics
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve the quality of care we provide
