Report all critical incidents to the Administrator on Call (AOC), Risk Manager, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and communicate incident to oncoming supervisor; conduct investigations and implement corrective action plans when needed. Participate in peer review committee and quality improvement activities and is responsible for the effectiveness of the unit quality improvement program. Monitor medical records for appropriate documentation of care and effectiveness. Collaborate with case management to ensure patients receive timely and quality care.
