Phoenix Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a client in La Grange. While this is only a 2-hour shift each Wednesday, this visit plays an important role in helping our client remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Schedule

  • Wednesday: 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Pay

  • $16.00 per hour
  • Weekly direct deposit

Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Assist with personal care as needed
  • Offer mobility support and ensure client safety
  • Help with light daily tasks that promote comfort and independence
  • Communicate changes or concerns to the care team

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of caregiving or direct care experience preferred
  • Compassionate, dependable, and attentive
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
