Job Summary:

Join our compassionate team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Piscataway as a Caregiver! As a Caregiver, you will provide exceptional care and support to children and infants in their homes, fostering a nurturing, welcoming environment that promotes cognitive and motor skill development. With a passion for working with children and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of care, you will work independently as a contractor, providing flexible and reliable support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Hindi-Speaking Caregiver: Provide safe and engaging care for children and infants, including feeding, bathing, and dressing

• Establish a nurturing and welcoming environment for each child

• Develop and implement fun and educational activities to stimulate cognitive and motor skill development

• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, feeding schedules, and medication administration (if applicable)

• Communicate effectively with caregivers and family members to ensure seamless transitions and coordination of care

• Uphold highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children and infants

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work as an independent contractor on a per-diem basis

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)

• Ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies
