We're looking for a motivated, team-oriented MDS Coordinator . The right candidate must have good communication skills in order to work effectively with the Interdisciplinary Team and keep accurate, detailed records. Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) and 1-2 years of recent MDS experience preferred.
