The Heart of the Role (Job Summary)

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our close-knit nursing team. In this role, you will be the primary advocate and support system for our residents, ensuring they live with dignity, comfort, and joy every single day. 

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Create Comfort: Help residents feel their best by assisting with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and personal grooming.

  • Be a Helping Hand: Safely guide and assist residents with mobility, ensuring they can move through their day with confidence.

  • Monitor Wellness: Keep a watchful eye on health by accurately tracking vital signs and noticing the small details that matter.

  • Advocate & Communicate: Act as the "eyes and ears" for our residents, sharing updates and concerns with our supportive nursing leadership.

  • Build Connection: Beyond the clinical tasks, you’ll provide companionship and a friendly smile, truly enhancing our residents' quality of life.

What You Bring (Qualifications)
