LPN Full-time

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Cascades of Sugarland Ridge, you will provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

What you can expect to do as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

  • Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency

  • Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines

  • Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration

  • Demonstrate organizational skills around time management

  • Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care

  • Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention

  • Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

Required Certifications:

  • Active and unencumbered Practical Nursing License

$26.00 - $28.00/hour
*Depending on Experience
