Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents’ health and document changes in condition
Coordinate care with physicians, families, and caregivers
Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic nursing care
Supervise and support CNAs or caregiving staff
Maintain accurate medical records and compliance with regulations
Assist with care planning and resident assessments
Educate residents and families about health needs and wellness
Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive living environment

Qualifications:

Currently licensed RN in NYS
Assisted living experience preferred
Good organizational, observation, communication, and judgment skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
