In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

 

Registered Nurse

  • Per-diem DAY & NOC (must be available for both DAY & NOC)
    • DAY shift: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
    • NOC shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
  • 12-hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of overtime pay)
  • Salary range: $38.00-$41.50 per hour, based on experience
  • NOC shift = $2.00 per hour shift differential
  • Blended salary range (base pay + overtime pay): $44.00-$48.42 per hour

Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of clinical and operational performance within the Bridges Acute Care Crisis Psychiatric Unit. Foster a culture of safety, therapeutic excellence, trauma-informed care, and patient-centered practice. Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, CMS Conditions of Participation, California Department of Public Health requirements, and Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health regulations. Drive quality improvement initiatives focused on reducing falls, restraints and seclusions, workplace violence incidents, and readmissions while enhancing patient and caregiver outcomes. Monitor and improve unit productivity, staffing effectiveness, fiscal stewardship, overtime management, and resource utilization. Qualifications for the Shining Star for our DaVita IKC Registered Nurse are: A.D.N degree from accredited school of nursing required; B.S.N preferred; three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice required Continuing education credits maintained as required by state of practice required Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in clinical nursing required Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in renal nursing preferred Case management experience is required.
