RN Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide skilled nursing care while leading the clinical team to ensure the highest quality outcomes for our residents.

What You'll Do

Perform comprehensive resident assessments
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments
Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
Maintain accurate electronic documentation
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care

Qualifications

Current Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) License
Current CPR Certification (Preferred)
Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required

We are seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager to cover Knoxville and surrounding communities to include but not limited to Maryville, Sevierville, and Oak Ridge. A Field Case Manager role is a field / home-based position with travel, up to 2 hours one-way (4 hours round trip), to doctors’ offices, hospitals, and various other locations.
