As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide skilled nursing care while leading the clinical team to ensure the highest quality outcomes for our residents.

Perform comprehensive resident assessments
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

Qualifications

In this role you will: Travel to members’ homes and community settings to deliver episodic, longitudinal, and urgent pediatric care.
