We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families. In this role, you will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, provide education and support, and collaborate with patients, families, providers, and the care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
What you'll do
- Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social needs and develop individualized plans of care.
- Provide nursing care, treatments, and patient education based on care plans and provider orders.
- Partner with patients and families to support informed decision-making and participation in care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and improve patient outcomes.
- Support WakeMed's nursing practice standards and commitment to safe, high-quality patient care.
Who you are
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) eligible to practice in North Carolina.
- Experienced in patient assessment, care planning, and clinical decision-making.
- Committed to delivering compassionate, patient- and family-centered care.
- Strong communicator who works effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.
- Dedicated to providing safe, quality care and supporting positive patient outcomes.
