The RN Nursing Services Team Lead provides coordination, supervision and management of all nursing functions on the inpatient units. The RN Nursing Services Team Lead reports directly to the Nursing Director or designee and works collaboratively with unit leadership, ensuring the successful operation of the unit.

The pay range for this position is $43.26 to $58.52 per hour.

The RN Nursing Services Team Lead provides coordination, supervision and management of all nursing functions on the inpatient units. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program/RN required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- License/Certifications: Licensed as a registered professional nurse by the Maine State Board of Nursing required.
- Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience preferred. Experience with psychiatric nursing preferred.
- Demonstrate leadership and management skills.
- Demonstrate expertise in clinical practice and judgment.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills.
